Nicole is a Massachusetts licensed Special Education Teacher with a master’s degree in special education, currently teaching in a sub separate classroom setting supporting students with behavioral, social-emotional, communication, and learning needs.
Over the past several years, I’ve worked closely with neurodivergent children and families both in and out of school settings. A huge part of my work has involved helping children navigate emotional regulation, transitions, communication difficulties, social skills, and challenging behaviors — while also helping parents feel more supported and confident in how they respond to those challenges at home.
Through my experience in schools, I realized many families are looking for practical, individualized support that feels realistic for everyday life. That’s what led me to create Big Feelings, Little Kids Consulting.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and rooted in real-life experience. I focus on helping families better understand behavior, identify patterns and triggers, and build practical strategies that can be carried over into home, school, and community settings.
In addition to parent coaching and consultation services, I also facilitate parent workshops and trainings through local libraries focused on emotional regulation, social-emotional development, and practical support strategies for families.
